Watching your children enjoy something with such excitement is one of the best moments as a parent. Children do not always need the newest and best toys to experience this level of joy and excitement. Sometimes they just need to know how to use their imagination. Children can create stories out of the littlest things, rocks and sticks they find at a park, the silverware at the table and so much more! So why not give your child a gift that will spark that kinda joy and imagination! The My Big WimmelBooks opens a new world of imagination. I am so excited to talk about these amazing books!

My Big WimmelBooks

Imagination My Big WimmelBooks

My Big WimmelBooks by: Stefan Lohr and Max Walther, are large picture books that cost $12.95 US each and each book comes with 16 pages. Theses books are amazing picture books for children ages 2-5. Each page shows a different scene with many different objects to look at and explore. These book is designed in a way that allows the child to tell their own story instead of being read to.

Different Books in the Series

There are currently 8 different My Big WimmelBooks available: “Cars and Things That Go,” “At the Construction Site,” “Animals Around the World,” “A Day at the Zoo,” “Dinosaurs,” “Firetrucks,” “My Busy Day,” and  “On the Farm.”

We received four of these wonderful books: “Cars and Things That Go,” “At the Construction Site,” Animals Around the World and A Day at the Zoo. My daughters favorite one that she can not put down is “Animals Around the World.”

“Animals Around the World”

The first page of this book shows the different characters that you will find in the scenes to follow. It tells who they are and what they are doing! This helps to start turning your child’s imagination! The next page shows different animals that you can find on the following pages. Each page for the rest of the book shows different scenes where your little one can explore through the scene and tell their own story with the different things they see.

One scene is a ranch, where you can see many different animals such as horses, buffalo, pigs, cows and more. These pages are so packed with many different characters and images that so many different stories can be told and they will never be the same story!

Preschool Books

Another scene is a jungle with a river. You see people going down the river in boats, monkeys in the trees, a waterfall and so much more!

Imagination Books

If you love seeing the pure joy shine on your child’s face I recommend handing your little one one of these My Big WimmelBooks! There is no better way to teach your child to explore with their imagination then handing them a book designed to do just that. My Big WimmelBooks really open a world to imagination!
